FAQ
Test Access Program is a hosted evaluation (MX4 infrastructure). Free POC Pilot is on your infrastructure. TAP is faster to start but ephemeral; POC is production-focused and gives you the full stack to evaluate on your servers.
Use test data only. This is not a production environment. We do not guarantee data retention after the 14-day evaluation period.
Extensions are evaluated case-by-case based on program capacity. For longer evaluation on your infrastructure, upgrade to the Free POC Pilot.
After Test Access finishes, you can deploy the Free POC Pilot on your infrastructure (30 days, $0). Then upgrade to Enterprise license for production.
