Scope

This summary covers personal data processed through website interactions and contact requests, and explains how roles may be defined for separately contracted customer initiatives.

Roles

Depending on the context:

  • MX4 AI is the controller for website and inquiry data
  • A customer may be the controller and MX4 AI a processor for a contracted project
  • The signed agreement determines scope, instructions, systems, and safeguards

Processing instructions

We process data only to operate the website, respond to inquiries, or perform instructions defined in a separately signed agreement.

Security measures

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data.

Subprocessors

We may engage subprocessors for hosting, communications, or analytics. A current list is available upon request.

Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

International transfers

Where transfers are necessary, we use contractual safeguards and follow applicable transfer requirements.
