Scope

This summary applies to personal data processed by MX4 AI for website interactions, contact requests, recruiting, and the hosted Test Access Program.

Roles

Depending on the context:

  • You are the controller for your submitted data
  • MX4 AI is a processor for evaluation and support workflows
  • For on‑prem deployments, customer data stays within customer infrastructure

Processing instructions

We process data only to provide requested services, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security and reliability of the platform.

Security measures

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data.

Subprocessors

We may engage subprocessors for hosting, communications, or analytics. A current list is available upon request.

Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

International transfers

Where transfers are necessary, we use contractual safeguards and follow applicable transfer requirements.
