Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website or using MX4 AI materials, you agree to these Terms. Any technical work is governed by its own written agreement. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your organization.

Services overview

MX4 AI describes its Atlas technology and sovereign-AI capabilities on this website. Any discovery, proof of capability, integration, deployment, or support is subject to a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and applicable service commitments.

Accounts and security

Where credentials are provided under a separate agreement, you are responsible for safeguarding them and reporting unauthorized use as specified in that agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Violate any law or third‑party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt service integrity or security
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Build or benchmark a competing product without permission
  • Transmit malware or harmful content

Customer data and privacy

You remain responsible for the data you submit. You acknowledge that:

  • You have the rights and permissions to use submitted data
  • You are responsible for the legality of data and prompts
  • We process website and inquiry data in line with our Privacy Policy

Technical engagements

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise:

  • Website content does not constitute an offer to deliver or reserve capacity
  • Technical work begins only after scope and funding are agreed in writing
  • Each phase, continuation, or support commitment may require a separate scope

Fees and taxes

Fees, payment terms, and taxes (if any) are defined in your enterprise agreement or order form. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Third‑party services

Our services may integrate with or link to third‑party services. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices, and your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the services are the property of MX4 AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Confidentiality

Any non‑public information shared between the parties must be treated as confidential and used only for permitted purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement
  • Uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation
  • Accuracy or suitability of outputs for a specific use

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MX4 AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the lesser of fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MX4 AI harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination will survive, including IP, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

If an enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, the enterprise agreement controls.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
